While it can be easy to find candles at many shops, the quality of the candle as a whole is difficult to determine. We have purchased candles before that seem to lose their scent after just a month. Others are difficult to maintain a flame as they keep burning out. Others produce dark smoke, not exactly something I want to be breathing in.
