Karyn, the owner of Klay Design Studio, has been making jewelry since she was in high school, even turning it into a side job while attending college. After spending 10 years working in television, she returned to Indiana and Klay Design Studio was officially opened!

The earrings that come out of Klay Design Studio are all hand made by Karyn and are all things that she would wear herself. Karyn follows her artistic intuition while making her designs, as opposed to significant planning. However, there is a dedication and focus on quality through the entire process, choosing the best quality polymer clay and processes to eliminate bubbles and imperfections. Each new style (described as a little modern and a little boho) is tested by close friends and family who share similar style tastes and have proven that they are willing to share their genuine opinion.
