One of the best things about all of the small businesses that we feature is the stories of the individuals that started each of the businesses. A common theme is that a future business owner found themselves, or someone close to them, in need of something and began making it. As their story was shared, more requests come in for items and, before you know it, a business is born.

Cheeky Little Goat is one such story. The founder was working with a friend to identify a wholesale seller of snuggly blankets but the search continued coming up short. After this continued for some time, the decision was made to provide the blankets to the shop and, as these things go, Cheeky Little Goat became its own business and now sells directly to consumer in addition to selling through the shop.

While the business started with blankets as the focus, the product line has expanded over the past four years and also includes purses, napkins, tea towels, makeup bags, and a few other items.

The catchiest part of Cheeky Little Goat has to be the different fabrics. You will find tons of colors, playful prints, and themes that will work for anyone. Seasonal offerings are available for some holidays but many others are available at any time, if the fabric is available.
